Clients/commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell commissions for NFT or any of the likes. None of my works are to be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cyrptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

I also DO NOT allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI websites.

My work is digital and digital only. I am not required to ship any physical goods.

All works provided are for personal use alone, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated.

You may not claim my work as your own, you are not allowed to reproduce or alter the artwork to resell for profit, BUT , You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly and properly credited to me.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image (by email or google drive link), but my signature will remain on it.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only, so i reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason if it goes beyond that!

Commission might take from 2 weeks to a month finish depending on the difficulty, if by any chance I need more time, depending on the complexity i will let you know. (If i finish it sooner than expected then you have a lil surprise!)

The time of execution may vary depending on personal circumstances. If you have a particular date scheduled to get your commission ready, let me know in advance.

References are highly appreciated

I will only accept EUR (‘Euros’) or USD via Paypal or MBWAY (PT only) as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.

Payment upfront or 50% down payment is allowed!

I'll chat with you about what you have in mind, and i'll send you 2~3 pose thumbnails (they will most likely be stick figures) to pick from.

You can pay 50% of it before i start the thumbnails. After you choose which thumbnail you like best i expect you to pay the rest of the payment.

I can refund 100% of the payment if I have not started working beyond the sketch. (thumbnails do not count)

I will - after everything is processed and confirmed - send you an invoice. You need to confirm the payment with me before I start your order.

Once paid, i'll send WIPS, updates on the progress of the piece every step of the way.

Major changes must be requested at the base sketch stage.

I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.
